Vintage Satsuma Style Large Baluster Vase
An inspiring and deliberately ornate rare vase from the mid century period or about 1950. Beautifully crafted with hand painted Geisha and war lord images in true Satsuma style. Crafted with 24k gold raised gilding set on a crackled base.
Most likely made in Hong Kong as an export style vase of the post war period. This vase is extra large measuring an imposing half a metre tall and 21cm wide. There are no chips or cracks and in excellent vintage condition.
